Well Hello Doggie!

I made this birthday card for my daughter to give to her friend for her birthday. S he was pleased with how it turned out.

I bought this image from Whipper Snapper a little while ago. I think it is just so cute. One can never have enough dog stamps when you are an animal lover.

Hope you all are enjoying your Halloween night. We haven't had many trick or treaters tonight at all. I guess it has something to do with the H1N1. Can't blame people on keeping their kids home.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and I will be back soon with another card to show you.

Cheers!

Pointsettia!

Hello again. I hope you all are feeling well and not getting that aweful virus H1N1.
So far me and my family haven't been sick with it. We are lucky so far. Hopefully it will stay that way.

I bought this stamp at a lss here in St. John's last year but never got around to using it. I think you may just see a few more cards using this stamp. I embossed this image first and then I watercolored it with reinkers. I enjoy coloring and this is the newest one for me to try and master. Master is the right word but you know what I mean if you have tried many different mediums to color with. Anyway ..

I will be back tomorrow with another card that I made using A Whipper Snapper Dog stamp that I have used before but think he is just so cute. I made this for my daughter to give to her friend Gabby for her birthday. She really liked it.

Stay warm, enjoy the weekend!

Ev's 54th Birthday!

I made this card for my husband for his birthday yesterday. It reminded me so much of him and our dog Lilly. They are real buddies. He had a nice birthday. We are having birthday dinner and cake tonight.

I just love these purrs and pants stamps. Not very many companies have stamps that are so much like our dog Lilly. I was so happy to find them.

Hope you all are enjoying your weekend. The weather here is all rainy and windy but at least it isn't snowing. That will come soon enough I am sure.

Paper: So Safton, Watercolor and sage shadow
Ink: Black Stazon
Accessories: Various punches, nesties, cuttlebug, su markers and aquapainter

Enjoy the rest of your weekend

I actually have another card to show you tomorrow. It is a card that I made for my husband for his birthday on Friday. I think he will like it.

4th Crazy For Christmas Card!

How was your Thanksgiving? I had a great Family Supper for 14 with my family. My and my husband prepared another wonderful meal had by all. The turkey was so delicious and of course we are having the left overs tonight. A great night had by all. Glad that it all turned out so well.

This is the fourth card that I made at the workshop the other day. I thought that it was nice but really I also think that it needs something else. Some type of emblishment. If I make it again I will definately be adding something to it.

What do you think?
