This is my contribution to Sketch Challenge SC129 on Splitcoast. This is a retired set called Cattitude. I saw a card on Splitcoast that I thought was so cute that it made me just want to have this set. I checked out the Buy/Sell/Trade forum on Splitcoast and there was someone who was nice enough to part with this set for me. I was so pleased. My only problem is the mail and how long it takes for shipments to make it to Canada from the US. I think it took over three weeks for me to get this set. It was well worth the wait though. I was so pleased with how this one turned out. I have been trying to work on my watercoloring and do a better job on my shading. I was very pleased with how this one turned out. The background paper I bought for $6.50 at Wal-Mart. It is cat/dog paper and seeing I am such a lover of them I just had to have it. It is so nice to get a bargain.

Pinwheel
Another one we did at stamp camp. I love the effect of it. We used the tag punch for this one. It is all in the way that you fold it. I love how it turned out. This is SU designer paper.
When I first saw this before we attempted it I thought that it would be difficult but it is far from it. There are so many designer papers that you could use this with.
This is a tote and a notebook that I made with my friend Kelly. We had alot of fun making them. We used her tac stamps for the fake stitching and she also had the rubicoil. Tks Kelly for a great afternoon. Hope to do more things with you soon.
This is the like it a latte set. I like this layout. I never ever thought that I would like pink and brown together. I made the background paper myself using small stamps that I got from Michael's. This is not one of my favorite sets. I find it hard to work with and can't seem to come up with much at all.
Happy Harmony
We made this card at Stamp Camp. I think that it is so cute. The background around the fish is done with thick scotch tape dazzling diamonds. All you do it cut your tape bit enough to cover the punch out and then put the thick scotch tape sticky side out and then put the dazzling diamonds on the sticky part and VOILA. It adds so much to the card I think. The paper is long notes from SU.
Long Time Friend
Even though you can't see it by the picture the front of this card is actually raised up on dimensionals and the jug is actually behind on another page. I cased this from Stamper Sharon on Splitcoast Stampers because I liked it so much and I really enjoy Sharon's work. You can view Sharon's here!
The images on this card are all done with my handy dandy Cuttlebug. The card sketch that I used can be found here! The designer paper is from Rob & Bob studio. The cardstock is gable green.
Oops
This is my favorite stamp and it is called Oops. From the first time that I saw it I just had to have it. Having cats all my life I can see how this would happen and it just made me smile when I saw it. This image I colored with my Watercolor Crayons and my aquapainter. It took many hours but I was quite pleased with how it turned out. It now looks alot like my cat Smokey. When my husband Ev saw it he said that I should frame it so I took his advice.
Allen's Birthday
Doodle This
This has to be one of my favorite cards that I have made lately. I used the new Doodle This set that I bought. I used the Rose Red and Gable Green cardstock and love the way they come together. I embossed the background and then cut out all the flowers. It took alot of time but I think that it was well worth it. Don't you?
Father's Day Angler
This is a card that I made for my daughter to give to my hubby for Fathers Day. This is an old retired set that I won. It is a great masculine set that will be able to make so many cards for the men in my life. The design of this card was one that I did from a sketch challenge on splitcoast. You can try it here!

Another sketch challenge on splitcoast. Can be found here! I used my cuttlebug for the flowers and the background and my basic grey paper. Gotta love that basic grey!

Bluejay
This is a stamp that I bought from a friend. I really like this image. I colored it with my wonderful water crayons and my aquapainter. It took my a couple of hours to do but I think that it was worth it. I also used my cuttlebug. The cuttlebug is one of the most useful machines that I have purchased. It is good for so many things. I gave this card to my Dad for his 73rd birthday because he is always looking out his window looking at all the birds in his backyard. He was quite pleased with it and so am I.
